When We’re Closed & Extended Access

Non-urgent advice: When We Are Closed

When the centre is closed all urgent medical services are provided by EMdoc, Bromley’s Out of Hours service. Please ring the usual centre number and you will be diverted to the 111 service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

We will also be open for routine pre-bookable appointments only from 6:30pm – 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 10:00am – 12:00 midday Saturday mornings (there will be no telephones operational between these times).

Non-urgent advice: NHS 111

If you have an urgent health problem that cannot wait until your doctor is open, then call free phone 111. Your call will be answered by trained operators who will provide advice and direct you to the right local service.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. You can call 111 anywhere in England making it easier for you to access urgent healthcare services when you need medical help fast.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
